Shipping
We use UPS and USPS, and offer several shipping options for your convenience.
We operate from 9-5 Pacific time, Monday through Friday. Some orders may require
1-3 business days for processing, as we require all Tenori-on orders to pass
through our fraud/loss prevention department prior to shipping. You may expect
a phone call to verify your order information as a security measure.

Returns
Tenori-on and related items can only be returned when authorized by the Tenori-on
Order Fulfillment Team. We will handle each return on a case-by-case basis.
You must contact us before returning anything. If your return is authorized
we will issue you a Return Authorization number to include with your return
on the outside of the box. Your Return Authorization number is valid for 30
days from the time it is issued. Merchandise received without an RA# on the
outside of the package, or with an expired RA# (after 30 days from the time
it is issued) will be refused and returned to sender.
The amount refunded depends on the nature of the return and is at our discretion.
We do reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee to cover our processing
costs, also at our discretion, usually at 15%. Please note: if you received
Free UPS Ground shipping, the real cost of shipping will be deducted from your
return amount.

the information you input. For visual verification you will see the 'lock'
icon upon Checkout and you will see that you are in our secure area
during this time. Your details WILL NOT be made available to any company other
than KEYFAX NewMedia Inc.
